Prezadas amigas e
técnicas, estudos especializados, eventos e consultações do nosso projeto.
Outros são novos companheiros/as, apenas começando a conhecer o ProQR.
Recebam vocês todas e todos as boas vindas, e o convite de seguirem as
notícias do projeto. Nesta
primeira edição informamos sobre treinamentos e desenvolvimentos políticos
recentes.
Lembrando brevemente o
objetivo do nosso trabalho: O projeto ProQR
a Agência
Nacional do Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis (ANP) entre outras instituições.
aviação limpa no Brasil.

Welcome! Dear friends of ProQR, With this first Newsletter,
we invite you to follow closely the history of ProQR. Many of you have known
us since 2017 and have been involved in technical visits, specialized
studies, events and consultations on our project. Others are new members,
just getting to know ProQR. We welcome you all, and invite you to receive
regular news about the project. In this first edition we
inform about recent trainings and political developments. And finally we
launch the various studies prepared by our project during recent years, now
published on the new ProQR website! Briefly reminding you of
the scope of our work: The ProQR project – Climate-neutral Alternative Fuels aims to create a
reference model for the decentralized production of sustainable aviation
fuels based on renewable energy - with a pilot plant that will prove that
such an arrangement is economically feasible and possible in Brazil as of
today! Furthermore, we want to
improve the framework conditions for this to happen with high quality and
sustainability: we advise regulatory institutions, contribute with training
and expert missions and collaborate with universities. The project is
financed by funding of the German Ministry of the
Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU), and implemented
by the technical cooperation agency GIZ (Deutsche
Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH). We have partners in
the German Aerospace Centre (DLR), the
Ministry of Science and Technology (MCTI), the National Agency for Petroleum,
Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) and other
institutions. Since 2020, ProQR, like
the whole world, is experiencing a particular time, facing the global
challenge of the Pandemic. Pilot plant implementation processes slowed down
and new work routines had to be established. Now we see light at the end of
the tunnel, and with joy we observe the global efforts to reduce greenhouse
gas emissions also in the aviation sector. Brazil is
increasingly engaged on this path and ProQR walks together, step by step, to
help in the advance of clean aviation in Brazil. In this Newsletter, we
would like to share this adventure with you.

Construindo expertise em Hidrogênio Verde e PtX –
primeiros treinamentos no Brasil Em abril, parceiros do projeto ProQR do Estado do Paraná
Building
expertise in Green Hydrogen and PtX – first trainings in Brazil In April, partners of
the ProQR project from the State of Paraná participated in a high-level
training on Green Hydrogen & PTX, provided by the International PTX Hub
Berlin. Still offered as a pilot training, Brazil was one of the first
countries for the training to take place – and with great success. Interest
